Tell yourself what you want and try to state everything in the positive. Repeat the chant until you feel good deep inside. Always tell yourself that you can open your eyes anytime. Once you’ve completed this, bring yourself back to reality by counting up from 0 to 5. As the count progresses, remove yourself from the meditative state and become more alert of your surroundings. Do this regularly and you will see a distinct improvement in your life.
